Dental Non precious alloy

Nickel-chrome base alloy for ceramic, beryllium free
  - Excellent adhesion to ceramic.
  - For use with American and European ceramics.
  - Content : Ni. 65.50 % - Cr. 19.00 % - Mo. 8.00 %
  - T.E.C. :15.3 x 10^{-6 º}K ^-1
  - Melting range : 1338 - 1347 ºC
  - Vickers hardness : 340

In a study done in 1989 on metallic ion liberation in artificial saliva, the following conclusion was reached : “THE ALLOY NIBON IS, BY FAR, THE MOST STABLE OF THE GROUP EVEN AHEAD OF SOME, PRECIOUS ALLOYS”.

Specially recommended for meso or supra-structures on implants.

  - Low oxidation and uniform union with the ceramic.
  - Content : Ni. 78.00 % - Cr. 14.50 % - V. 5.00 %
  - T.E.C. :14,8 x 10^{-6 º}K ^-1
  - Melting range : 1302 - 1317 ºC
  - Vickers hardness : 357

Alloy with high castability and high modulus of elasticity, that permits making very thin structures.
